What Worked Well
We collaborated with other teams as well as attended workshops to learn more about the course material as well as finding steps in order to solve a problem for the midterm.
What Didn't Work Well
Tools we learned to try and help contribute to the project were learned closer to the project's due date and the team's overall lack of experience of these tools made it difficult to implement solutions because the implementation provided by group members itself didn't work throughout the midterm period.
We didn't get enough face-time with each other to practice using these tools and relied too heavily on Slack to update and teach other team members the tools for the midterm.
What We Would Do Differently
We would definitely take more initiative earlier to solve a problem and through a project's period from acknowledgement to due date. We would look into the tools we have learned more thoroughly in order to have a
better understanding much earlier in that period.
