    • Cleanmetadata: ‘Cleans’ metadata provided by iRODS.

    • Bin2tiff: This extractors takes .bin files as input and outputs .tiff files.

    • Soilmask: Removes the soil aspect of .tiff files. 

    • Fieldmosaic: Creates a grid of images made out of .tiff files.

    • Canopy_cover: Calculates plots based off of images
