Marana Cloud: Atmosphere instances in the Marana Cloud will be operational; however, you will not be able to use the Data Store within your instance, and you may not be able to access the Atmosphere web interface.

Wondering where an app is?

As part of the 2.8 app categorization, a number of apps have been deprecated and are no longer available. If you need a suitable replacement, search on the tool name in the Apps window search field. If you need the app reinstated , please contact

Want to remove an app from the Apps list?

If you want to have an app removed that you made public, email CyVerse Support at to request removal of your app. They will be in touch with you about the removal.

Want to remove a tool or tool version you requested?

If you requested the integration of a new tool or tool version, and no other apps use that tools or version in any other apps, you can request that the tool be removed. This is not recommended, however, as apps that use the tool will no longer be usable. CyVerse will respond to any request to remove any integrated software tool being used by an application at the request of the tool's copyright owner. To have us do so, please contact us at Please remember that if you request your tool be removed, it will not be able to be used by the community in the CyVerse Discovery Environment and any applications that use the tool will cease to function.

Several high-performance apps have been disabled as our team is working on making more robust versions of these apps available. Please check the High-Performance Computing category in the DE Apps window to see if an updated version of your app is now available.
