Test Data

Test data for this app appears directly in the Discovery Environment in the Data window under Community Data -> iplantcollaborative -> example_data ->  pgdpsider

Input File(s)

Use example_Structure.txt and Structure_Arlequin.spid from the directory above as test input.

Parameters Used in App

When the app is run in the Discovery Environment, use the following parameters with the above input file(s) to get the output provided in the next section below.

  • The app may be launched with or without input files. If you add input files to the launch window it will greatly increase the launch time. 
  • You can add input files much faster using iCommands from the Xterm window after launch. The Xterm window can be accessed under the 'three lines' menu under 'system tools'.

Output File(s)

Expect test.arp as output.
