The TR Ontology has been completed and converted to OWL to make it compatible with the semantic web architecture. A manuscript describing it should be ready by the end of the month.
The pilot data is being currently processed by Tandy Warnow at UT Austin to circumscribe gene families. Should be done by Mid November
Sheldon has completed the analysis of the Bowers data using PrimeGSR and sent the data to Jamie
Jamie has installed ~12 programs on the UGA cluster for benchmarking
Bastien Bousseau is ready to share his code with us.
Work to support multiple reconciliation as well as the search features has not started yet.
