2. 1KP pipleine progressing well in spite of the 1 week ranger downtime. The blastx on assembled transcriptome is 22% done (219 out of 1000), the results will be posted on ftp site, the clustering pipeline, Dup is under way

3. My-plant developed a steady community of 215 users, clades increased from 16-56, 5-10users/week
