Update from John Cazes:

Fernando and Stephen are designing a 30K taxa test case to be built with PHLAWD on the dedicated systems at iPlant.  Once this test case is running, it will provide the inputs to RAxML on the HPC systems.  Then we'll set up the scripts to automate the transfer from iPlant to TACC and kickoff the perpetually updating tree workflow.
