Working Group Update:

  • Trait Evolution: Met with Brian Omeara and WG, developed some user personas
  • Tree Reconciliation: approaching similar state
  • Data Assembly: Sent invites for PHX meeting, Nov. 20-22 (Stakeholders in plant phylogeny community)
  • Data Integration: coalescing, waiting out comes from Trait evol and tree rec. will get together after developers summit
  • Big trees: is on hold, will reconvene in Sept.
  • Tree Vis: encyclopedia of life was not funded

Developer’s Summit:
Developers have been briefed with requirements needs

Developer Updates:
Liya - getting familiar with tools,
Jerry - put code into SVN repository and finished most of control for web service,
Adam - review tools

General Discussion:
For Note-taking: there will be a rotating schedule for the working groups, comprised of working group members
