Review Progress for WG

Open Discussion

  • Sheldon and Michael followed up with Ann Stapleton about the lack of momentum in iPAT. The main problem was Ann was not getting feedback from the members, and plans to contact them more aggressively. As a result the project has not begun on the 1 September start date.
  • We will not spend a lot of resource until they (iPAT) articulate what they are trying to achieve and get the requirements and goals in order.
  • ACTION: Jim suggested that it may be faster to get the required information by sending him an email of what we would like answered and he will track it down.
  • The Mock-up – this should be worked on this week so that my next Monday we can have a clear idea of what the mock up will look like. The meeting is fast approaching. Sheldon posted a link to the mock-up so everyone can provide feedback.

  • Michael – Please continue discussions outside of these weekly meetings. The meetings give us an opportunity to focus on what needs to be done so we can follow up during the week to accomplish them. I believe we are on the right track reviewing the original document, clearly defining items and staying focused.
