Jamie will be working this week on installing new version of phyldog at TACC, described now at: http://pbil.univ-lyon1.fr/software/phyldog/

Jamie also working on manuscript for TRON ontology for submission to Frontiers in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology special focus issue on biological ontologies, with a mid February submission.
