Update 3/31/15

  • All data has been downloaded. That took a while.
  • Installed R and the methylkit package
  • Got very confused writing a pything script to get things into a format CoGe can work with.

To-do This Week

  1. Run methylkit sometime when I don't need to use my computer for a day or so. Due Date: 4/4/15
